What data is collected and why

This website has no user accounts, no tracking cookies and no analytics. Data is collected only when you send it yourself:

• Coaching questionnaire: name, email, phone, age, running background and goals, availability, devices, and anything you write about injuries or health. Health data is a special category and is submitted only with your explicit consent.
• Emails or messages you send me: used only to reply to you.
• Newsletter: subscribing happens on Substack and is covered by its privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis: to contact you and assess a possible collaboration (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for health data, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who it is shared with

I do not sell or share data for advertising. These providers are used for the technical operation of the site:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards form responses to my email.
• Yahoo Mail: the mailbox where messages arrive.
• Cloudflare: website hosting (logs technical connection data such as IP address).
• Google Fonts: font loading, during which your browser contacts Google servers.
• Substack: newsletter and articles.

Some of them are located outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA); transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Retention

Questionnaire data is kept while we are in contact or working together, and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Tax records, if we work together, are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected] for any request. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
